Hanna is our twentieth sauna, and is the result of everything we have learned through thousands of sauna sessions and feedback from guests who use our saunas. Here we have combined all the lessons learned from previous saunas and raised the bar even higher!

The panel in the sauna room has been carefully selected, and together with the benches is made of a special thermo-wood that does not get hot, so that it is more comfortable to sit on and lean your back against.

The stove is clad in a special stone (green Jadeite), which is known to provide several health benefits to the sauna session:

– Jadeite ionizes the air, which disinfects the sauna room and provides clearer air.

– When Jadeite is heated to 100 degrees Celsius and comes into contact with water, the stones release small amounts of silicic acid into the steam, which is known to have anti-toxic and anti-inflammatory properties.

– This helps with respiratory ailments and skin problems, such as psoriasis. In addition, collagen production in the skin increases, which gives thicker and more elastic skin that has a rejuvenating effect.

– The air from Jadeite in the sauna room has an anti-inflammatory effect on both skin, muscles and joints, which is ideal after exercise.

– Regular exposure to Jadeite in the sauna is said to reduce blood pressure, stabilize the nervous system and strengthen the immune system.

– Jadeite has 100 times lower levels of harmful heavy metals than regular volcanic stone, which provides an even fresher and healthier steam.

– Jadeite also retains heat significantly longer than regular gray stone, which provides a more stable heat in the sauna and less need for heating.

Hanna is a floating sauna with a large window facing the view, and a swim ladder down from a stable floating dock that floats high in the water, so that those who wish can also jump or dive into the water.
