Booksauna AS is a locally owned and operated provider of both floating saunas and land-based saunas, located in carefully selected beautiful and unique locations in scenic and urban settings around Norway.

We are a group of enthusiasts from Stavanger who want to create a unique sauna offering for the everyman, where build quality and the sauna experience is second to none. Our goal is to make the authentic Finnish sauna available to as many people as possible – at “mainstream” prices, with top-level customer service and lightning-fast response to all your inquiries.

We always set up our saunas with consideration for nature and the people around it, and consistently use local, sustainable materials and firewood. Our saunas are built in accordance to “Finnish recipe” under the supervision of our own Finnish sauna expert, which ensures the correct design of the sauna room, correct air circulation and convection that are essential for authentic “‍löyly”.

For us, it’s not just about steam and heat, but about community and experiences that stay with you long after the sauna session is over. Our sauna bookings are by default completely private, so whether you come alone, with friends or as part of a larger team, our goal is to offer you a private haven where you can completely disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and recharge your batteries with an authentic sauna experience in beautiful surroundings and refreshing bathing opportunities.
