You can cancel a booking by calling or sending an SMS to the responsible operator for the sauna you have booked. See the telephone list below. Cancellations must be reported at least 24 hours before the session starts. This will give others the opportunity to book the time slot, and we will not have to clean, heat up and prepare the sauna unnecessarily.
