Sauna booking available between 06:00 and 09:00. The sauna will be self-service, and extra time for heating will be included in the price.

You come to hot sauna (sauna is heated on arrival). The sauna is private and no one else can book the same time.

Remember to attach to the oven when you leave sauna, so it is hot for those who come after you.

You can pay the sauna through Vipps (there is QR code for Vipps payment visible in sauna) or by card (we send you a payment link in advance for credit card payment).

To increase the temperature in a steam sauna, add plenty of firewood. Ignition pads are available.

To increase the temperature quickly, pour fresh water over the stones. Note: Use only fresh water. The stove heats up quickly and burns best with the door closed. Only touch the stove at the handle.

Always maintain the fire in the stove, even when leaving the premises, to ensure a steady and constant temperature.

Take breaks if you feel dizzy.

Always have a water bottle or glass of water available and take frequent sips to prevent dehydration.

Remember, only fresh water should be used on the stove.

There's a small changing room available.

All usage and stay are at your own risk.

Ensure that the door leading to the changing room is always closed.

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the visit are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the visit are non-refundable.
